Changing Faces…

“No matter what may have happened yesterday, a new day of fresh possibility has dawned. You’re not the same person today as you were yesterday.” (Daisaku Ikeda)

Every moment is an opportunity to change your story and start again. As we move through our daily lives, we are always evolving even if we don’t realise it at the time. It is true that we are not the same person as we were yesterday. In some ways that can bring a great deal of comfort. It all depends on perspective.

Wherever we are in life is where we are meant to be. It is full of lessons and full of surprises too. The most important thing is to focus on what we have now and what we can do now. There is always something we can do… always.

I can think of many situations over the years that felt impossible to overcome but what has really helped me is to have that deep knowing and faith in something larger than myself. It has helped me to look beyond myself and see new possibilities. In doing so it has created space and allowed changes to bring forth what is needed for my soul evolution.

Sometimes in life we don’t get what we want but I believe we get what we need. Navigating ourselves through changes is not always easy and sometimes its best to go with the flow, letting our experiences reveal to us more of who we are and what we need to know when the time is right. In the meantime, be glad and appreciative of what you have and life will always give you more to be grateful for. Celebrate who you were and who you are becoming.

Love and blessings,
Lisa

Wonderful post, dear Lisa! Very encouraging! You’re right! There is always a chance to do something even if we don’t see it. And too often there is no need to destroy all the good we have built in life. We only must find some faith and courage in our hearts. It will point the right way!
    Have a nice week-end! 🙂
